Parking

Free private parking is located behind the salon in designated spaces marked with black and white signage.

Street parking is also available in front of the salon.

Client Appointment Procedures

Booking Policy

All appointments must be requested through our official website: www.thealifestyle.com

Booking Guidelines

Clients must submit an appointment request online.

Once accepted or declined, clients automatically receive:

  • Email confirmation
  • Text confirmation

If clients call or text the salon requesting an appointment:

  • Staff may provide available days/times
  • Clients must still complete their booking request online

Payment & Deposit Policies

Deposits

Deposits are required for all appointments.

Deposits are collected after:

  • Appointment request submission
  • Forms completion
  • Agreement to salon terms & conditions

Deposits are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable

Deposits are credited toward the final service total.

A 3% transaction fee applies to all card payments.

Hours & Scheduling Policies

Booking Window

Appointments may be booked up to 60 days in advance.

Select long-term clients with excellent attendance history may book up to 3 months in advance.

Appointment Only Policy

Services are by appointment only.

Walk-ins are not accepted, unless you are free and available to serve.

Guest Policy

Extra guests and children are not permitted during appointments, unless communicated in advance and approved by management.

Late Policy

Grace Period: Clients receive a 15-minute grace period.

Clients must call or text the salon if running late.

Late Fee Structure

Late fees may apply based on salon policy and appointment timing.
