Rescheduling
Clients are allowed:
1 reschedule only
Example: If your appointment is on Friday at 10:00am, you could cancel or reschedule by Wednesday at 9:59am via the scheduling site.
Reschedule Requirements
Must occur at least 48 hours before appointment.
Deposit transfers only once.
Excessive Rescheduling
Repeated rescheduling may result in:
Declined future bookings
Client restrictions or ban
Requirement for higher prepayment percentages

Clients must cancel at least 48 hours before appointment time.
Fees: Same-Day, 24HR or Late Cancellations After 48 Hours
50% cancellation fee charged to card on file.
No Shows
50% fee charged.
Failure to pay results in service ban.
Important Staff Procedure
Cancellation fees must be paid before rebooking.
Weather Policy
Severe Weather
Severe weather cancellations with 24-hour notice are exempt from penalties.
Non-Severe Weather
Standard cancellation policy applies.
Health & Wellness Policy
For the safety of clients and staff, clients experiencing:
Fever
Cough
Congestion
Sore throat
COVID symptoms
must reschedule their appointment within 48 hours notice.
Additional Guidelines
Clients who recently tested positive for COVID should wait until symptom-free before returning.
Masks are optional and welcomed.
Waiting List Procedures
When Appointments Are Fully Booked
Clients may join the waiting list.
Clients should submit:
Name
Phone number
Preferred date/time
Service requested
Availability
Cancellation Availability
Staff should contact waitlist clients first.
