About The Program
The A Lifestyle Hair Salon Apprenticeship Program is designed for aspiring hairstylists who are passionate about beauty, growth, and purpose. This structured 12-month experience gives apprentices real salon exposure, mentorship, technical education, and professional development in a positive salon environment.
What You’ll Learn
- Silk press, color, treatments, and styling techniques
- Client consultation and retention strategies
- Salon professionalism and service flow
- Branding, social media, and building clientele
- Time management, leadership, and communication
Key Responsibilities
- Assist stylists with shampooing, blow-drying, and client prep
- Maintain clean and organized salon spaces
- Support appointment flow and client experience
- Observe and assist with color, chemical services, and styling
- Participate in weekly training and hands-on practice
