A valid credit card and/or deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
4. Deposits
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are applied toward the scheduled service total unless otherwise stated.
Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policies are violated.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We respectfully require advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of deposits.
No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
We understand emergencies occur and reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion.
6. Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving late may receive an abbreviated service to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled if arrival is excessively delayed.
The full service fee may still apply.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the completion of services.
We accept approved forms of payment including:

Debit Cards
Cash
Approved Digital Payment Methods
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.
8. Retail Product Sales
All retail purchases are subject to availability.
Due to health, hygiene, and safety considerations, opened or used haircare, beauty, or cosmetic products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Any approved returns must comply with our current return policy.
9. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
Hair history
Chemical treatments
Allergies
Medical conditions that may affect services
Home care practices
Failure to provide accurate information may affect service outcomes.
10. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary.
While our professionals strive to achieve desired outcomes, The A Lifestyle Salon does not guarantee specific cosmetic, hair growth, color, styling, or treatment results.
Results depend on multiple factors including hair condition, maintenance, lifestyle, and adherence to recommended aftercare.
11. Photography & Media Release
The A Lifestyle Salon may photograph or record services, hairstyles, educational events, or salon activities for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
Client images will only be used with consent where required by applicable law.
Clients may request not to be photographed or recorded by notifying staff prior to service.
12. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on our website, social media platforms, educational materials, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, and written content are the property of The A Lifestyle Salon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
